The Angel Who Visited Me

he was so fast

that I could barely touch him

he stayed for a short time

yes, a few weeks, but

he was so gentle and invisible

that I didn’t know he was there right away

and when I realized

I thought he was some intruder

who would capture me

I tried to chase him away

I didn’t know he was only on a short visit

I was afraid, suspecting the depth of love

yet we touched, we talked, we cried

because we couldn’t go on together

I felt guilty – did I chase you away, angel

no, you didn’t, I needed one more step to freedom

and through you I achieved it, he said

since then I’ve learned to accept

that it had to be that way

Defendance

Sometimes it seems like there is no truth

A chance for shelter

Sometimes it seems like there is no good news

And as if we are surrounded by fear

Because what will happen tomorrow, how to move forward

When news of disharmony on all levels

prevail and penetrate the shields

But I feel, I believe, I know! That all this is only on the surface

That it is all part of the path on which we learn

I know, I simply know

That a deep unity connects the universe

And that it lives from Light and from Peace

And that life is maintained by those invisible

Who do not want to stand out

Who in freedom love constantly

Become The Sea

The most important thing in life is

to become the sea.

I have no other choice.

The sea understands me.

Wash away the saltiness of tears with the saltiness of the sea wave.

Put a smile of sea foam on my face.

I have no other choice but

to be the sea and embrace the world with myself.

And let the world surround me, to inhabit me,

so that we can heal ourselves with freedom.

I understand now, my sea,

to become you

to be you

there is no other choice for me.

Conversation From Depth of the Soul

Let us speak always

as if we were dying,

as if tomorrow would never arrive,

as if yesterday we discovered

the unity of souls

and the need to grant each other

freedom

and a flight of the spirit.

When shall we meet again like this,

in this form, in this boundless time?

We touch with a flicker, a heartbeat, a breath,

and then time delivers its judgment.

Let us speak

as if we were vanishing,

as if we were letting go,

as if we were accepting:

Yes, this soul is a part of me,

and together we are part of the universe.

Let us always speak

as if there were no return.

Then we shall be the most sincere,

the most beautiful,

the most merciful.

Always… as if we were dying…

Memory of Paradise

Your fire in me awakens

Memory of Paradise.

When we lived our first lives

The most holy flame

We exchanged with our breath.

May it never go out.

Now I see it again in our glances.

A spark of fire was transmitted through lives,

Through centuries and through eras

And remains unextinguished.

It moves occasionally

To new atoms, to new bodies and universes

And I always see it most clearly

Between sleep and wakefulness

When together we call

Memory of Paradise.

I look at myself

In your gaze

Oh, I see the powerful beauty

With which

Your eyes adorn me
